After students subscribe on our website: Smart Learners with the payment plans we offer, a confirmation email will be sent to students who can start using our services immediately .As all our services are online, a coach will contact you through phone to coordinate if needed. If you find that you need to cancel a class for any reason, you can do so on your students account’s “My classes” page.

When booking a class, a teacher commits to it and therefore schedules an appointment and prepares for the class. Because of this, we have the following class cancellation policy:
If you cancel within 24 hours notice, full money is refunded or if agreed, class will be rescheduled. We are actively working to improve this policy so that it best suits both our student's and our teacher's needs and scheduling flexibilities.
