Smart Learners is an online academy offering different  courses without making students wait to take classes.With us, students can take UNLIMITED classes to few depending on the kind of requirement they have.With our INSTANT online booking system, student can just go online and choose the teacher they want.Students do not have to worry about giving 24-48 hours notice of canceling any class or fear of losing it in case of last minute emergency situations. 

Smart Learners have strong core values of making students' learners experience interactive and fun. And with that vision, all coaches are trained to follow certain standards which we would list them under:

The Learner's environment is one of the key factors for us.We make sure that the teacher understands how learners' minds develop along with recognizing patterns of learning and development across the cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional, and physical areas while designing and implementing developmentally appropriate and challenging learning experiences.

Our coaches are able to create developmentally appropriate instruction that takes into account individual learners’ strengths, interests, and needs and that enables each learner to advance and accelerate his/ her learning.

As every learner and coach comes from a diverse background,the coach has an  understanding of the role of language and culture in learning and knows how to modify instruction to make language comprehensible and instruction relevant, accessible, and challenging.

Every coach respects learners’ differing strengths and needs and is committed to using this information to further each learner’s development.Our coaches integrate diverse languages, dialects, and cultures into instructional practice to build on learners’ prior knowledge and experiences and promote the value of multilingual and multicultural perspectives.

The coach knows how to design, adapt, and deliver instruction to address each student’s diverse learning strengths and needs and creates opportunities for students to demonstrate their learning in different ways.

Our coaches have an understanding of bringing multiple perspectives to the discussion of content, including attention to learners’ personal, family, and community experiences and cultural norms during all classes.They know about second language acquisition processes and knows how to incorporate instructional strategies and resources to support language acquisition.We understand and identify the differences in approaches to learning and performance and knows how to design instruction that uses each learner’s strengths to promote growth.

We believe that all learners can achieve at high levels and persist in helping each learner reach his/her full potential along with an understanding of the interconnections among different areas of development to find entry point(s) to support learner development. Our coaches use a variety of approaches to make concepts clear and provide extensions that engage learners in deepening academic content by connecting it to individual learners’ interests, background knowledge, and need for real-world application.

 We  understand the relationship between motivation and engagement and know how to design learning experiences using strategies that build learner self-direction and ownership of learning and also know how to help learners work productively and cooperatively with each other to achieve learning goals.

We support learners’ independence and self-direction in identifying their learning needs, accessing resources, and using time to accelerate their learning while  collaborating with learners in identifying possibilities for learning locally and globally through responsible use of interactive technologies.

Our coaches understand major concepts, assumptions, debates, processes of inquiry, and ways of knowing that are central to the discipline(s) s/he teaches along with understanding common misconceptions in learning the discipline and how to guide learners to accurate conceptual understanding. Our coaches use the academic language of the discipline and know how to make it accessible to learners while knowing how to integrate culturally relevant content to build on learners’ background knowledge and to have a deep knowledge of student content standards and learning progressions in the discipline(s) s/he teaches.

Our coaches have an understanding that content knowledge is not a fixed body of facts but is complex, culturally situated, and ever evolving. They keep abreast of new ideas and understandings in the field and appreciate multiple perspectives within the discipline and facilitate learners’ critical analysis of these perspectives. They recognize the potential of bias in his/her representation of the discipline and seek to appropriately address problems of bias. Our coaches are committed to work toward each learner’s mastery of disciplinary content and skills.

These are some core standards which are followed by our coaches and continuous training is provided through online videos of real life online classes so that they can self reflect and adhere to these values in their online classes which surely make our coaches stand out from the crowd.
